REF- 21-51010-1: Proposed Winery, Residence and Caretakers’ Dwelling
The Western Australian Planning Commission has received an application for development approval. This application proposes the development of a winery, residence and caretakers’ dwelling and vineyards at Lot 8 (No. 131) Caversham Avenue, Caversham.
The application proposes the following variations to the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1:
Seven sea containers on a lot in lieu of the permitted maximum of two.
Variation to the minimum required setback distances for sites within the Priority Agriculture zone:
Primary Street setback: 13.5m in lieu of 30m
Side Setback: 8.0m in lieu of 15m
Variation to the maximum permitted domestic building footprint at 1,270m2 in lieu of 500m2
Variation to the maximum permitted agricultural building footprint at 1,000m2 in lieu of 300m2
Variation to the maximum permitted wall height at 7.5m in lieu of 7m
