Overview
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on proposed telecommunications tower in the Swan Valley planning area.
The proposal is for the installation of a 30m tall telecommunications tower at Lot 158 (No. 145) Moore Road, Millendon.
The application proposes the following variations to the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1:
- A proposed height of 30m in lieu of the required maximum building height of 9m.
- A proposed side and rear setback of 0m in lieu of the required 15m.
