Lot 25 (No.146) Lefroy Avenue, Herne Hill is zoned ‘Swan Valley Rural’ under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1. Under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1. a shed is a use capable of approval in the Swan Valley Rural zone as long as its incidental to an existing established single house.
The application is being advertised to surrounding landowners as the total domestic footprint of the shed (600m2 ) and the dwelling which form part of WAPC ref 21- 51041-1 (48m2) exceeds the permitted development standard of 600m2 as per Schedule 5 of the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1 – Additional Site and Development Requirements.
The application is open for comments until 7 October2025.
