Overview
The Western Australian Planning Commission has received an application for development approval. In this regard, approval is sought for construction of a single storey dwelling and using existing single dwelling as holiday accommodation at Lot 80, 270 Dalgety Road, Middle Swan.
Lot 80, 270 Dalgety Road is zoned Swan Valley Rural under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No.1.

Construction of a new single-storey dwelling
The current house on the property will be retained and repurposed as holiday accommodation.
The holiday accommodation will cater for short stays (up to 3 months within any 12-month period) and will be managed by the owners residing in the newly constructed dwelling.
