The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received a development application (REF #21-51089-1) for an Animal Establishment land use involving the keeping of up to five horses, with seven horse shelters on Lot 241 (301) Padbury Avenue, Millendon. Grape vines on the property are proposed to be removed.

Lodged under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1, the application is open for comment until 9 September 2026.
