Consultation has concluded
Overview
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on proposed increase in the stocking of horses and associated infrastructure in the Swan Valley planning area.
This development proposes allowing the stocking of up to 14 horses, and the construction of a hay shed, machinery shed, yards and horse shelters, to facilitate the increase in the stocking rate beyond the Department of Primary Industry and Development recommended stocking rate. The proposal includes a reduced setback to the side boundary from 15 metres to 6 metres.
