Revised plans for a mixed-use significant development proposal including apartments and a single commercial tenancy in East Victoria Park have been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 17 of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
Changes in the revised development application include an additional two storeys, and changes to the setbacks and façade design with more glazing and enclosed balconies. The number of apartments remains the same however there is a change to dwelling mix with more two-bedroom and two-bathroom dwellings. There is no change to the number of parking bays.
The revised application from Rowe Group is required to be advertised to seek public comments and is open until 7 November 2024.
The value of the development remains $26.7 million.
