Why is the applicant able to make changes to the approved plans?

Will the local government be consulted?
Who will determine this application and when?
The WAPC is the decision-maker for amendment applications which require discretion under S. 171R of the Planning and Development Act 2005. A meeting date will be scheduled once feedback has been received from the public and other stakeholders, and an assessment is complete. If you agree to be contacted when you made your online submission, you will be notified of the meeting date.
Will I be advised about the outcome on the amendment application?
If you agree to be contacted when you make your online submission, you will be notified of the application outcome.
