Overview
A significant development application for a community housing development in Busselton has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 11B of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
Urbis Ltd on behalf of Housing Choices Western Australia Ltd are proposing the development at 18 Brown Street, Busselton.
The development is up to four storeys and includes the following elements:
- 20 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom dwellings.
- Associated communal areas, parking and landscaping.
The application is required to be advertised to seek public comment and is open until 21 February 2025. The development is valued at $9.7 million.
The application documents can also be inspected at the City of Busselton Administration Centre, 2 Southern Drive, Busselton, 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday for the duration of the submission period.
