Residential Development – Champion Lakes Lifestyle Village Expansion - Part 11B Application for Significant Development
Consultation closes 19 December 2025
A significant development application for a residential development in Champion Lakes has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 11B of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
The application proposes an extension to the existing Champion Lakes Lifestyle Village, with grouped dwellings, parking bays, and communal infrastructure and open space. The development site is at 424 and 436 Lake Road and 15 and 27 Bay Court, Champion Lakes.
The proposal consists of the following elements:
- 68 one and two-bedroom dwellings
- a communal facilities building
- communal open space
- communal driveways and
- caravan and car parking bays.
The application from Harley Dykstra Pty Ltd on behalf of KCM Nominees Pty Ltd is required to be advertised to seek public comments and is open until 19 December 2025.
The development is valued at $29 million.
