This development proposes the change in use to ‘Holiday Accommodation’ of the small cottage on front portion of Lot 45 (172) Gugeri Road, Herne Hill.

‘Holiday Accommodation’ is considered an incidental ‘I’ land use within the Swan Valley Rural zone under SVPS1.

The application proposes to vary the requirements of SVPS1 varying the minimum setbacks and maximum domestic site coverage outlined in Schedule 5 of SVPS1 for the Swan Valley Rural zone.

The application is open for comments until 29 October 2025.
