The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received a development application (REF #21-50174-1) for the proposed demolition of an existing single house and construction of a new dwelling at Lot 204 (No. 43) Memorial Avenue, Baskerville.

The property currently has two approved houses and therefore holds non-conforming use rights under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1. Any changes to this non-conforming use must be advertised to neighbouring landowners.

The application is open for comment until 24 June 2026.
