The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received a development application for forward works at the Edith Cowan University (ECU) Mount Lawley site, 2 Bradford Street, Mount Lawley.

Lodged under the Metropolitan Region Scheme, the application proposes demolition of existing structures, hardstand and services, bulk earthworks and tree removal. 

The application is part of the proposed redevelopment of the ECU Mount Lawley site. 

The application received from Urbis, on behalf of DevelopmentWA, is advertised for public comments until19 March 2026.
