Overview

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on proposed construction of single house, alfresco area, shed/workshop and associated landscaping, hardstand and retaining walls in the Swan Valley planning area.

The proposal is for the following:

  • Construction of a new single storey house of 369.4m2
  • Construction of a 112.5m2 shed/workshop;
  • Associated landscaping, hardstand and retaining.

The application proposes variations to the front, side, and rear setback requirements of the Priority Agriculture zone under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme.
