This development proposes the construction of two ironstone Colorbond sheds located at Lot 26 (No. 91) Bromley Road, Herne Hill. The application seeks the following variation to the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1.
- Variation to the minimum (southern & western) boundary setback distances for sites in the Swan Valley Area at 5m and 7m in lieu of 15m
- Variation to the permitted agricultural footprint of 300m2, proposed 312m2.
