Application for Development Approval Lot 29 The Parkway, Ellenbrook
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on an application for a mixed-use development comprising 197 Multiple Dwellings (40 social and 157 affordable dwellings), a Restaurant/Café and an Office at Lot 29 The Parkway, Ellenbrook, in the City of Swan.
The site is in the Ellenbrook town centre, adjacent to Ellenbrook train station and the Swan Active Ellenbrook leisure facility (due for completion in 2026), and within Ellenbrook Station Precinct Improvement Scheme No.1.
Submissions will be open for a 21-day period and close on 12 September 2025.
