Overview
The Western Australian Planning Commission has received an application for development approval. Approval is sought to increase patron numbers of the existing Jugnu Café and Restaurant at Lot 35 (No. 22) Coast Road, West Swan from 45 to 100 people.
The existing Jugnu Café and Restaurant was approved in 2019 under the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme 17. The subject proposal represents an intensification of the existing ‘Restaurant’ land use. The Restaurant has non-conforming use rights under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No.1. In accordance with the provisions of the Scheme any alterations and additions to a non-conforming use is required to be advertised to adjoining landowners.
No works are proposed as part of this application.
