The vehicles are two prime movers, each with semi-trailers, that will be located onsite behind the existing dwelling, adjacent to the eastern side lot boundary in an area of approximately 12m x 7m.
Lot 500 (No.6) Benara Road, Caversham is zoned ‘Priority Agriculture’ under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1. The land use ‘Commercial Vehicle Parking’ is listed as a discretionary ‘D’ land use under the Scheme. This means the use is not permitted unless the Western Australian Planning Commission has granted the approval.
No works are proposed as part of this application.
