The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on proposed minor additions to an existing approved reconstituted limestone manufacturing facility in the Swan Valley planning area.


This development proposes:
  • the installation of 6 flood lights on 20m tall poles.
  • the installation of 12 lights on the storage area.
  • the installation of 2 water tanks.
  • the demolition of existing amenity & offices budlings and construction of new amenity & office buildings, and
  • reinstating a section of existing chainwire fence.
Lots 2984 & 2985 Harper Street, Caversham. The development proposes minor additions to an existing approved development in the Special Use Zone (SU1)
