Overview

A significant development application for student accommodation and a shop in Nedlands has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 11B of the Planning and Development Act 2005.

The application proposes a 19-storey student accommodation facility at 37-43 Stirling Highway and consists of the following elements:

  • 440 rooms to accommodate 472 beds

The application from Planning Solutions is required to be advertised to seek public comment and is open until 23 December 2024.

The development is valued at $60 million.
