Office Development and Cafe, Northbridge - Part 11B Application for Significant Development

Overview
A significant development application for an office development and café in Northbridge has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 11B of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
The application proposes an 11-storey building with offices and associated amenities, a cafe, parking and landscaping at 80 Francis Street and 95 Aberdeen Street, Northbridge.
The development consists of the following elements:
- A ground floor café, main office entry with lobby, office space and associated amenities accessed via Francis Street.
- 220 car parking bays located across the first and second floors, including 20 visitor bays.
- Eight floors of office space and associated amenities.
The application from Planning Solutions on behalf of Urban Flux is required to be advertised to seek public comments and is open until 29 September 2025.
The development is valued at $110 million.
