Overview
A significant development application for a mixed-use development in West Perth has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 11B of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
The application proposes a 14-storey development at 27-35 Outram Street and 46 Ord Street, West Perth.
The development consists of the following elements:
- 10,138m2 of office floor space
- Five single-bedroom apartments
- Staff and resident amenities including bars, restaurant and dining areas, creche, terrace pools and a gym
- Resident communal open space
- 91 basement vehicle parking bays and end-of trip facilities
- Building plant and service areas (mechanical, electrical, bin storage etc).
The application from Element Advisory on behalf of Outram Properties Pty Ltd is required to be advertised to seek public comments and is open until 1 June 2025.
The development is valued at $250 million.
