Before you begin
The R-Codes Review has identified a number of established reform directions through previous research and stakeholder engagement. This survey seeks feedback on whether the proposed changes effectively deliver those reform directions, where refinements may be required, and any implementation issues that should be considered. For each topic, we outline the proposed change and identify the aspect being tested through consultation. Your feedback will help inform the finalisation and refinement of the proposed R-Codes.
The R-Codes Review includes five information sheets that explain the proposed changes:
We recommend reviewing the information sheets and the draft R-Codes before completing this survey. The draft R-Codes contains the full proposed provisions and explanatory notes, while the information sheets provide a summary of the key changes and their intended outcomes.
In some cases, the draft R-Codes includes references to specific consultation questions. These references are intended to help direct stakeholders to areas where targeted feedback is being sought.
