Overview
The City of Swan has submitted a development application to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) for the new Swan Active Ellenbrook recreation and aquatic facility, located in the heart of Ellenbrook and adjacent to the new METRONET Ellenbrook Station.
The Development proposal includes a range of aquatic and recreational facilities. The aquatic facilities include 50-metre and 25-metre pools, a small grandstand, warm water pools, change rooms, four waterslides, significant shade sails, small toddler pools and barbeque and family facilities. The recreation facilities include a sports hall housing indoor multi-purpose courts, a gym and fitness centre, a wellness centre, family facilities like a creche and a kiosk with kitchen facilities.
The development application is being advertised to gain feedback on the proposed development.
