A significant development application for a residential apartment development in Sorrento has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 11B of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
The application proposes a seven-storey residential apartment building comprising 83 multiple dwellings, basement parking, communal facilities and landscaping at 3 Delos Way, Sorrento.
