This development proposes three vineyard parcels, and incidental reception venue for outdoor events at Lot 23 (6891) West Swan Road, West Swan.
The front portion of the site is proposed to be planted with grape vines in three distinct parcels. The outdoor venue is proposed as follows:
Subject to a maximum 12 events per year
Operation during daytime periods, with events concluding at 12am (midnight), subject to a 1am conclusion on New Years eve
Maximum capacity- 150 person
All items are to be brought to the site, including catering and restroom facilities
Full onsite staffing requirements for the event including venue manager and coordinator, security, technical staff, support staff and cleaning staff
Events will be subject to sensitive acoustic management, including low frequency volume control, sensible speaker place and direction, and ongoing monitoring during events.
No buildings are proposed to be constructed as part of this application and there is no accommodation proposed in this proposal.
