The proposal is for the following:

  • Demolition of the eastern portion of the existing shed;
  • Construction of a 11,000m2 hardstand area, with a new shed to be constructed over as part of stage 2 of the development;
  • Construction of a concrete apron to the north of the new hardstand area;
  • Improvements to the existing western shed structure and construction of stockpile areas, erection of a crusher, hopper, silos and water tank;
  • New ring road to provide access for trucks around the facility;
  • Bin storage area to the southeast of the facility;
  • Refurbishment of the existing office and amenities buildings;
  • Provision of 15 on-site car parking bays;
  • New landscaping between the buildings and Harper Street.
