The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on a proposal for a development application in the Swan Valley planning area.
This development proposes the addition of a patio to an existing single house at 30 Vine Street, Herne Hill.
The application proposes a variation to setback requirements of Priority Agriculture zone under the Schedule 5 – Additional Site and Development Requirements of the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No.1.
