The proposal is for the following:
Construction of a 131.75m2 short stay accommodation building located at the rear of the Lot 35 (No. 293) Toodyay Road Middle Swan. The short stay accommodation consists of a 90.48m2 habitable component, a 41.27m2 garage, patio area and swimming pool.
Earth works in the form of battering located on the southern elevation of the building.
An onsite effluent disposal system consisting of 2 leach drains and 2 septic tanks.
The short stay accommodation will be serviced by an internal gravel driveway which leads to a right of carriageway easement extending to James Road.
‘Holiday Accommodation’ is defined under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1 as 1 or more self-contained units designed for rural holiday purposes on a lot for short term accommodation of guests.
Adjoining landowners are invited to comment on this proposal.
