Consultation has concluded
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) recently advertised a proposal for a retrospective development application in the Swan Valley planning area.
The proposal related to the installation of a 200,000L rainwater tank, currently holding water that is on site with an existing single house at Lot 30 (No.5) Padbury Avenue, Millendon.
The applicant sought to vary the setback requirements of the Priority Agriculture zone under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No.1.
The application is now going through its assessment. The outcome will be provided to those who made a submission in due course.
