How does the proposed Amendment affect my property?

    The Amendment will make it easier for landowners as there will be reduced conditions on the sale of their property after a succession subdivision.

    What is this Amendment proposing?

    The purpose of the Amendment is to delete Clause 1.3 of Item 2, Schedule 5, and Clause 1.4 of Item 3, Schedule 5.

    What is the consultation process?

    This Amendment is being advertised for a period of 42 days (6 weeks) to all affected landowners.
    The City of Swan will also have an opportunity to provide comments on this proposal.

    What happens after the consultation?

    Following consultation,  all submissions received will be compiled by DPLH and the Swan Valley Statutory Planning Committee. 

    Those who made a submission will be informed of the decision making process and approximate timeline following consultation.
