Overview

A significant development application for residential apartments and commercial tenancies in the Town of Cambridge has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 11B of the Planning and Development Act 2005.

The application proposes thirty-five residential apartments and two commercial tenancies at 288 and 290 Cambridge Street, Wembley.

The proposed development consists of the following elements:

• Eight one-bedroom apartments, 26 two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment.
• Two ground-floor commercial tenancies.
• Associated parking, access, amenities and landscaping.

The application from Planning Solutions on behalf of Synconi Project Pty Ltd is required to be advertised to seek public comments and is open until 10 February 2025.

The development is valued at $24 million.
