A significant development application for residential apartments and commercial tenancies in the Town of Cambridge has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 11B of the Planning and Development Act 2005.

The application proposes thirty-five residential apartments and two commercial tenancies at 288 and 290 Cambridge Street, Wembley.
