The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received a development application proposing a six-storey building on land immediately south of the Ballajura train station under the Ballajura Station Precinct Improvement Scheme No. 1.
Located at Lot 810 Marshall Road and Lot 11 Beechboro Road North, Whiteman, the development comprises 100 social and affordable apartments (30 one-bedroom and 70 two-bedroom apartments), a management office and associated parking, communal areas and amenities.
The development application from Rowe Group is proposed to be delivered by DevelopmentWA, with funding from the Housing Australia Future Fund.
The application is being advertised to seek public comments and is open until Thursday, 5 March 2026.
The development is valued at $53.8 million.
