The Western Australian Planning Commission has received a development application (REF #21-50672-2) for partial demolition and extension of existing function room, construction of a new function room (245m2) and relocation of cellar door (125m2) at Lot 1 (100) Barrett Street, Herne Hill (Sittella Winery).
The subject site is zoned ‘Priority Agriculture’ within the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No.1 (SVPS1).
The application is open for comments until 13 February 2026.
