The Western Australian Planning Commission has received an application (REF #21-50995-1) proposing the change of use from a Wine Barrel Shed to a Reception Centre at Lot 803 (No. 1733) Gnangara Road, Henley Brook.
The proposal is not considered minor under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1 because it seeks approval for the use of the premises for hosting functions, including formal or ceremonial events for up to 180 patrons.
The application is open for comments until 13 March 2026.
