The Western Australian Planning Commission has received a development application (REF #21-51061-1) for retrospective approval for an existing outbuilding (used for parking a horse trailer) located at Lot 136 (No. 205) Padbury Avenue, Millendon.
The application proposes a variation to the minimum side setback requirement of the Swan Valley Rural zone under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1, as the outbuilding is setback one meter from the eastern boundary in lieu of the required 15 meters.
The application is open for comments until 11 March 2026.
