The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received a development application (REF #21-51074-1) for an ancillary outbuilding (shed) to an existing winery, and a poultry shed and duck pond for small-scale rural pursuit (hobby farming) at Lot 1 (No. 5280) West Swan Road, West Swan. The application proposes a variation to the rear setback.

The application is open for comment until 25 May 2026.
