Consultation closes on 26 February 2026
An application to amend an approved Stock Feed Grain Mill significant development has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 17 of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
The application proposes a new plant tower and additional grain silos adjacent to the Stage 1 packaging shed, and the addition of a gantry between the Stage 1 packaging shed and Stage 2 feedmill shed. None of the new structures would be higher than the maximum height of the existing approved structures. No other changes are proposed.
The application from Urbis on behalf of Newco Mills Pty Ltd is required to be advertised to seek public comments and is open until 26 February 2026.
The approved development is valued at $60 million.
