Consultation closes 5 March 2026

A development application for residential apartments (social and affordable housing) has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 10 of the Metropolitan Region Scheme.

The application proposes a six-storey building consisting of 60 one- and two-bedroom apartments, communal areas and parking at 30 Fintona Crescent, Butler.

Located at the corner of Butler Boulevard and Blackrock Avenue, the site is within 250 metres of Butler train station.

The application from DevelopmentWA is being advertised to seek public comments and is open until Thursday, 5 March 2026.

The development is valued at $28.57 million.

Local residents can also view application documents at the City of Wanneroo Civic Centre, 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo between 8:30am and 5pm weekdays.
