Why is this application being advertised by the Western Australian Planning Commission?
The Port Hedland West End Improvement Scheme No.1 provides land use and development controls over this development area, including powers for the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) to determine development applications. These development applications are lodged with the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage who provide administrative support and advice to the WAPC.
