Overview
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received an application to amend the approval granted by the WAPC on 27 June 2024 for the continued operation of the Heidelberg (Formerly Hanson) Concrete Batching Plant located at 71 Edward Street, Perth.
The amendment application seeks to modify the milestones that are required to be achieved under condition 1 and to extend the permitted hours of operation under Condition 4. The application also seeks to delete conditions 11 and 12 that relate to the remediation of any soil or groundwater contamination found on site and to modify conditions 13 and 14, which relate to the decommissioning of plant.

The applicant is not seeking modifications or an extension to the operational timeframe of the Concrete Batching Plant. No other changes to the development approval are proposed.
