Overview
A significant development application for a residential aged care facility at 20 Champion Road, Lesmurdie has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 17 of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
The application proposes a purpose-built residential aged care facility adjoining the existing Sunshine Park Lifestyle Village which would also be operated by Roshana Care Group, Lesmurdie.
