Overview

This development proposes the demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling at Lot 1 (No. 126) Stock Road, Herne Hill. The application seeks the following variations to the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1:

• Variation to the minimum required setback distances for sites within the Swan Valley Rural zone:
  • Eastern side setback:
    • Dwelling setback 9.8m in lieu of 15m.
    • Water Storage Tanks setback 0.9m and 6.8m in lieu of 15m
• Primary street setback:
  • 21m in lieu of 30m.
