Overview
The Western Australian Planning Commission has received an application for development approval. This application proposes the addition of an outbuilding (shed) to an existing single house at Lot 122 (No.59) Anglesea Crescent, Belhus.
The application proposes a setback of 6m to the shed from the southern side boundary of the subject land. This is a proposed variation to the minimum side boundary setback of 10m specified under Schedule 5 of the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No.1.
