Overview
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on a proposed telecommunications tower in the Swan Valley planning area.
The proposal is for the installation of a 30m tall telecommunications tower at Lot 99 (No. 107) Middle Swan Road, West Swan.
The application proposes the following variations to the Swan Valley Planning Scheme No. 1:
• A proposed height of 30m in lieu of the required maximum building height of 9m.
• Proposed side setbacks of 0m, 5.8m and 8m in lieu of the required 15m.
• A proposed height of 30m in lieu of the required maximum building height of 9m.
