Overview
A development application for a multi-storey carpark associated with Fiona Stanley Hospital and the proposed Women and Babies Hospital in Murdoch has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under the Metropolitan Region Scheme.
Located at 2 Winch Way, Murdoch (Lot 103 on DP 77102), the application proposes construction of the following:
- a six-storey carpark with 1,503 parking bays to replace the existing at-grade carpark at intersection of the Winch Way and Jennalup Street, and
- a pedestrian bridge linking to the adjacent carpark.
The application from Resolve Group Pty Ltd on behalf of Georgiou Group is required to be advertised to seek public comments and is open until Thursday, 24 July 2025.
The development is valued at $85 million.
