Why is this application being advertised by DPLH?

After the original refusal, the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) has invited the WAPC to reconsider the structure plan amendment. To inform the WAPC’s reconsideration, public feedback is sought.

An invitation of the SAT to reconsider a decision is an administrative function. It is not an indication that the SAT holds any views on the merits of the application under review, nor does it suggest that the SAT expects a particular outcome from the reconsideration.

Who is the applicant for this development and who is the owner of the site?
