Overview
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received an application to amend the significant development approval for the expansion of the St John of God Subiaco Hospital.
The amendment seeks approval for modifications to the new clinical block building by rearranging internal floor layouts, reducing the height of the lift overrun, providing additional roof plant enclosures, a pedestrian bridge link and dirty lift, and to extend by two (2) years the date by which the development must be substantially commenced.
