Consultation closes 14 October

A development application for a temporary carpark to facilitate the construction of the Women and Babies Hospital in Murdoch has been received by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) under Part 10 of the Metropolitan Region Scheme.

The carpark is to be located at Lot 820 (No. 48) Baker Court, North Lake, and consists of 225 parking bays.

The application, submitted by WA Life (We Build Group) on behalf of the Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery (OMID), is being advertised for public comment and is open until 14 October 2026.
