The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has received amended plans for a mixed-use development comprising 197 multiple dwellings (20% social and 80% affordable dwellings), a shop and an office at Lot 29 The Parkway, Ellenbrook, in the City of Swan.
In the amended plans, the layout and design of the development have changed, and 10 visitor parking bays are now proposed. No changes are proposed to the number of dwellings, or breakdown of social and affordable dwellings. Further details of the proposed changes are outlined in the applicant’s documents which are available in the Key Documents section.
You can provide feedback on the amended plans until Friday, 13 February 2026. Feedback gathered from this consultation along with the feedback collected on the previous plans advertised between August and September 2025 (Application for Development Approval - Lot 29 The Parkway, Ellenbrook) will be assessed to make a recommendation to the WAPC. If you provided feedback on the previous application, you may wish to review the amended plans and make a new submission.
